Getting it to you

- Standard shipping is 3–7 business days.
- World
- We ship worldwide. Expect 10–21 days depending on your local customs office.
- Track
- You’ll get a tracking number by email. Watching it won’t make the postie arrive faster.

Returns
If something’s wrong
- Mind
- Change of mind? Nope. Not happening. Pick carefully.
- Faulty
- If your card shows up looking like it survived a bar fight, you’re covered under Australian Consumer Law. We’ll replace or refund — your choice.
- How
- Tell us within 7 days with your order confirmation (screenshots welcome). We’ll check the card before sorting a remedy.
